Re: Sugar Addiction

lol... everyone has been through this one. From what I understand it has to do with Candida, although I am sure there are other pathegens that do this. Anyway Candida produces well over 100 different types of mycotoxins. One of them reacts with your brain, and gets you craving things like

- ice cream
- pizza
- pop
- coffee with sugar
- candy
- bread
- and anything else that will feed the little bastards

ever notice how you dont crave fruit... or things that are good for you as much as sweets and things that candida likes?

Look at it is like this... you have your health in one hand. In the other you have the cravings that these little bastards, that are making you sick, are sending to your brain.

Which do you want?

And remember, everytime that Sugar craving comes up, and you dont feed the candida, your starving the little f***ers.

And I know it can be hard.... I remember going a day or two like you... and then binging on the worst possible food. Dairy Queen soft serve... and boy did I ever pay. Eventually you start going 3 days, then 4 days, then 5 days... so on and so fourth. And then you finally have enough of playing games, and you quit eating stuff that feeds the enemy.

Its just like quiting smoking, except about 20 times harder. And I know because I used to smoke, and I also had to quit sugar. And quiting Sugar is unbelievable hard because it is everywhere... I mean you cant go 100 feet without bumping into something that serves candy, or pop, or junk food. We are an addictive society... and if you dont believe it... try cutting out the crap food you eat and see how far you get before giving in.
