Re: sick prior to liver flushing
I know without a doubt that I could not do the plain Clark flush without the coke in it, it makes all the difference in the world- not only in being able to get it down, but I have never once felt nauseous with it, or thrown up as I did with
The Clark Flush , and I've slept through the night with no problem.
It's been very successful for moving stones out, but I do also use the
Epsom Salts along with it. I think I remember that you have a hard time getting the
Epsom Salts down? They aren't quite as nasty if you take them in apple juice, but yes, I do believe they help to open the bile ducts, and help the liver have more pressure in pushing the stones out.
The coke flush calls for 90 phos acid drops in a
quart of apple juice/apple cider for 3 days leading up to the flush. I do that as well. The phos acid is supposed to also help to open the bile ducts, but I think it helps soften the stones too. I've had some large stones and have never had problems with any getting stuck.
Your body has been dealing with alot. Are you colon cleansing and keeping all the toxins moving out of the bowel as well? That's important.
You are in alot of hearts and prayers Trysten, some of us that you didn't even realize that have been caring. Hang in there!
