SO DISSAPOINTED-what happened? :(

I dont get it. Here I am and I dont even HAVE an 8th flush to report on after
last night. This has never happened before.
I fasted on apples all day, without any problems, didnt really feel sick or anything.
I took my magnesium doses, which actually worked well to move my bowels, they had completely stopped working after the last flush but now they worked as they should. Interesting, I wonder why..

Anyway my problem came when it was time to do the flush itself. Normally I have no problems, I even look forward to the oil/juice mixture as its putting something iny my hungry tummy.

Well this time, as soon as I took one sip, I thought "oh my god" I immediately felt my body seize up and reject the mix. I kept trying, and the feeling kept worse. I would only be able to get the tiniest sip down without gagging. I kept trying, little by little, but I absolutely couldnt do it. I tried holding my nose and forcing bigger swallows. I did that maybe three times and got maybe a third of the mixture down. But then I felt that awful feeling where your cheeks start welling up with saliva, my tummy felt like fireworks and next thing I know Im hanging over the toilet and all is wasted.

Ive never had this reaction before. I used the same oil last flush. After last night, honestly I dont think Ill be able to to the traditional flush ever again. Even typing this right now, just thinking about that oil mixture and I feel near vomiting.

Just to make the whole thing not a waste, Im thinking of this just as a mini colon flush. Im doing some salt water flushes today, and getting really cleaned out.

The only thing Ive been doing differently since my last flush is supplementing Iodine (I didnt take Iodine for two days before last night)..could that have something to do with it? I dont get why after all this time of being just fine, my body is rejecting the oil.

I would like to consider flushing but I obviously need a new protocol. I cannot drink oil anymore. Isnt there a flush with berries and cream or something like that? DOes that one work? Anyone tried it?

EDIT- never mind, all the berries and cream flushes I could find involve the berries and cream AND the olive oil mixture. :(

Thanks, any thoughts on this would be appreciated, its confusing and I really wasnt expecting that out of my body. Is there any hope for me? Anything I can do? Tweet
