Thanks you are right. Maybe Liver Flushing is just too much on top of all the Iodine detox. I get very confused as to what is aiding detox and causing detox. I was thinking I needed to flush all the toxins the Iodine was letting loose, out of my liver. Maybe Liver Flushing would have only released more toxins.

Im taking at least 3-4 more days off of Iodine and not doing any more cleanses during that time.
