Thanks Andrew for your help. Humaworm is a parasite cleanse. The detox pads have some herbs in them to 'pull out' from your body.

Tonight, on my way out for girl's night, I asked for a sign, to do the Water Fast now. I received one :D. I am going to wait until the Humaworm is gone and if I choose to continue past the 30 days, I will do a Water Fast for the last 12.

For now, I will do an orange juice (other juices?) fast.
