What do you shower with? I use Miracle II soap (all natural) for body, oil cleansing method for face and either organic shampoo or an enyzme therapy for my hair (depending on day). Afterwards, while still in shower, I apply Apricot oil to face and body.

How do you clean yourself, while doing a water fast? I remember reading something that One should not use products (even natural) while fasting. Please correct me, if I am wrong.
