Garlic enemas get out liver flukes. There's a portal vein to the liver at the lowest end of the colon. The fluid is absorbed into the hemorrhoidal vein, then taken up to the liver by the portal vein. I got out a bunch this way. I hear coffee enemas work well too, but haven't tried one.
