i think what you are experiencing is a very healthy awareness... the fact that you catch yourself being caught up... this is a good thing... the problem only exists when we are unaware... think about it... because most of the negative people that seem to be upsetting you are totally unaware that they are negative... they point the finger at everyone else because everyone is wrong... it's their fault... oh no... it's not me... i'm just the one pointing the finger...

although i must allow others the right to be wrong... the more important thing is that i must also always be aware of how i allow their actions to affect me... i must always be aware of my thoughts... feelings... and emotions... for although i cannot control... or change others... i do have the ability to change what is going on within me... that is... provided i am "aware"... and that is the best we can do... we can always strive to do better... but one must accept the fact that the best we can do is the best we can do...

peace of mind is the most cherished of all gifts... and if we are always awake... alert... aware... we will never allow anyone to steal it from us... it all sounds so simple... yet... not always easy...

is it strange that i seem to enjoy more and more my time alone...???
