forgot to ask if he has been feeling nausea (feels sick to stomach - like vomiting) at all with the present doses.

to keep him on that dosage it is most important to help him to drink more water... because if he is dehydraded he will not be able to eliminate the toxins as he should be having at least diarrhea symtoms for release of toxins. without water he may even get constipated. so try to have him drink.

try to alternate ice packs and hot water for the foot to help keep swelling down.

for best efficacy take the mms on a empty stomach at least 1 hour before eating or two hours after a meal. and a little more time for any medication that he is taking.

i would try this before increasing dosage to see if he stool becomes more loose and flowing.
But mostly, it depends on how he feels about taking the mms. if he himself is very much interested in wanting to be healed and wants to increase the dosage, then let him try it. it is most important for him to make these decisions for himself, especially at this time in his life. if he is not interested then please allow him this. because i know it must be difficult for you. and that you would not like him to leave you. you must love him very much.

He is very fortunate to have someone like you around to care for him.
