Good luck with your schedule of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I think you will be pleased overall. If you work it up slowly, you should be able to manage it. Candida and Lyme are apparently very hard to get rid of. I don't know about at least controlling it. You should be alright, if you take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at night. I've learned that the most difficult detox occurs about an hour after ingestion. Diarrhea happens for about 12 hours; but that is controllable in that you will need to get to a bathroom soon. Follow the instructions and take at least one fewer drop on the next dosage, when you discover diarrhea.

I don't know if it is necessary to get to 15x3 to consider it successful enough to back off to maintenance dose. I've been there twice. I got there once, then backed off to 10 drops twice daily. Then again and backed off to 12 drops once daily. Since it is going to take me a long time, I guess I will be satisfied to stay with 12 daily. As everyone is different, you may discover that you don't even need to get to 15 at all.

I don't know if I really have Candida. I assume so from the symptoms. My ND only said that I have an overgrowth of fungus. He would not commit to a diagnosis. That is good enough for me. I'm not following a Candida diet; unless I get real desperate. I don't know what systemic means in relation to Candida. My symptoms have been constipation and sinus swelling since the 60s. That's a very long time for my body to try to manage this problem. Doctors would just say drink more water. I'm on my own. And I'm floating in water.

I've had other fungus problems resolved on my body; but no help with sinus. I've never taken any prescription drugs; except a 10 day Antibiotic course for sinus infection. I'm pretty sure that my sinuses are now complicated by Leaky Gut. I've already tried the nasal sprays that are supposed to clear nasal fungus. I've tried numerous health protocols over the 40 years. Fasting is the only help; but I just can't keep doing that. Probiotics don't help either. I'm changing my diet to much more alkaline. I'm really depending upon Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . At least, I may cure any possible cancer over time.
