I started taking 15 drops (activated) a day and a half ago, and I've been running to the bathroom just about ALL day today. I'll have to back off on my 3rd dose tonight, as I need to sleep tonight. I have not felt one bit of nausea though. But today was the worst for me, as far as diarhea, really bad. and yesterday I had abdominal cramping and some diarhea, but not nearly as bad as today. So is this too much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for me or a healing crisis? How do you tell?
