I'm a prostate cancer survivor - 15 years, so had a PSA test every six months
afterward for a few years. Here's a little tip that I picked up regarding
PSA test results. It may not apply, but it's something to keep in
mind. (This is from Mayo Clinic.)
Recent ejaculation can cause a temporary increase in PSA levels. In order to
get the most accurate reading, you should avoid ejaculation for two days before
undergoing a PSA test.
