Last night before I went to bed I had an argument with a friend that upset me very much... This morning when I awoke I felt awful... nothing in particular that i could put my finger on... but i just didn't feel good... not only that... i had one of the worse backaches I've had in awhile... But just by coincidence... (or was it)... I just happened to read this article... it made perfectly good sense to me... And when I put it to practice... it worked... I feel great... no more backache... it's gone...
I think it just goes to show how negativity can have such a drastic affect on our overall health and well being...
