Re: centrofugal juicers are a bad choice

I agree golthing, the results speak for themselves. I myself would never consider doing a juice fast because I just believe that the Water Fast option is so more effective there's simply no comparison. But I don't argue with the results that juice fasters have, I see that there is plenty of evidence there for it's effectiveness and health benefits. And I don't doubt for a second that a great percentage of juice fasters aren't rich enough to own anything better than a cheap centrifugal juicer like the one I have.

So yes centrifugal juicers are a compromise, there are better appliances out there for us. Non organic food is a similar compromise too and that's usually all I can afford as well, we do our best that's all we can do. We are still doing a lot better than if we were cooking the foods or worse adding none food elements to it, so we're still doing pretty well for ourselves when we juice our carrots and apples and other yummy raw stuff.
