The only problem with centrifugal juice extractors is they do not extract as much of the nutrition as from say a Juice press like the Norwalk, but they also destroy some (and only some) of the nutritional content of fruit and veg' by some oxidation; and that is it.
Gerson favoured the Norwalk, if you can afford the couple of thousand $$$$ to buy one that is.!!!
