I have to disagree.

The centrifugal forces are incredibly low compared to the atomic forces. If you can come up with a more scientific explanation, we'd love to hear it. I've heard it mentioned that the high speed kills any enzymes. OK, maybe, but can we see a scientific test?

There are many, many people who have had great success on juice fasts (of course not as good as a water fast) simply using centrifugal juicers over extremely extended periods of time, leading me to believe that there is ample nutrition still in the juice.

You better watch your back. I think Jack LaLane will be looking for you soon.
