this is what I've been using, but you can adjust the quantites to your own preference.
2 parts slippery elm
2 parts marshmallow root
2 parts fennel
2 parts aloe vera
1 part chickweed
1 part ginger
4 parts psyllium seed/husk
mix all together and store in jar...then I used 1 tsp/dose added to 2 tablespoons flaxseed. sometimes I'll mix up 2 doses with the flaxseeds and divide into 3 servings, so have it 3x/day. other times, I'll just do one dose per day.
