a homemade combination of slippery elm bark, marshmallow root, apple pectin, aloe vera powder, chickweed, fennel, psyllium seed/husk. I use about 1 tsp of this powder and add to it 2 tablespoons fresh groud flaxseed in 16 oz water.
I've been making my own since most bowel formulas have too much psyllium for me. this way I can control amounts and use higher mucilaginous compounds, and less psyllium until I can handle more.
I see some of this plaque now and then, but not a lot yet. but the flaxseeds seem to work very well for me, when I've used just psyllium based products, I was completely bloated and nothing moved.
