plaque?

I'm wondering if that's what I'm seeing now and then. it doesn't look like any of the pictures I've seen. it's just these flat sheets, maybe about 4" long and 2" wide. I didn't inspect too closely really, but it obviously wasn't anything I ate. does plaque sometimes release this way? I don't think it was a piece of a parasite, it was too wide. anyone else see these? Tweet
