Re: Liver Flushing is stupid....

I didnt mind the -ve experiences so much( if thats what it takes to cleanse the liver). The negative experiences were, nausea, vomiting, sleepless nights, pooping in pants, tied to the toilet bowl, weakness, dizziness while doing the flushes. But inspite of going thru all these things, my chronic bloating, indigestion, tummy troubles continued to stay.
I did one flush, and then was told u need at least 5-6 to see improvements. Then, I did them and was told, at least 10-12 are needed. And then someone will say, at least 20 to cleanse the liver. And then 30.

To tell u the truth, my diet has always been clean. I am very very disciplined abt what I eat. I have never indulged in SAD diet, deep fried stuff etc. But I was suffering and feeling horrible. And LFing just added to my suffering.

BTW, I have not done a Liver-Flush in past 1.5 years and am feeling good. My bloat is so much under control. I am going to chiro and also try to do daily YOGA exercises. My understanding is lot of health problem could be due to unhealthy spine which no amount of LFing can fix.

Take measures to fix your spine and of course eat healthy. Steer clear of LF. I personally beleive all the ES and 1/2 cup olive oil consumed during the flush is actually harmful. Thats my 2 cents.
