As I said before, one set of symptoms do not always point to the same problem. Mine definitely was and still is pinched nerves although it is nowhere near as bad as it was before. Mine did not show up as a liver problem, it was shoulder, arm, and chest pain emulating a heart attack. Lab tests and cardiac evaluation showed no problems.
