Your comment: I agree with you ML. "ACV can be used as a Dis-infectant to "Kill" Bacteria !"

It reminds me of when I was doing iodine. At first I had the most perfect BM's with it's use but later is slowly killed off too much of all kinds of bacteria..good and bad. I was constantly having to keep it all balanced with probotics and such.

I seem to do better with lemon juice instead of ACV in my drink but even LJ will give me the scoots if I don't balance it just right with all the other ingredients.
