As the months have gone by, my bloated gut problem has become obscene. I am at the point now where, on a flat/empty stomach, eating a couple pears or drinking a glass of juice will make me appear, literally, six months pregnant. A hearty meal can leave me looking like a skinny, 8-9 months pregnant male. Additionally, the bloating lasts much longer than it did "in the old days" when it would go away in an hour or two.
Lately, pears have had consistently fuzzy readings in the 12-14 range, especially green d'anjou pears at the 14 mark. Apple readings have not been quite as fuzzy, but fujis, pink ladies, and honey crisps have all been in the 14-18 range. Red bell peppers have been fuzzy around 9 with good readings on yellows and oranges, too. Green peppers have had lower readings and I have not had as much success with green veggies in general around here, but maybe that's my fault with the testing procedure. I discard or simply don't purchase anything I get low readings with.
For my other foods- Raw nuts. Dairy/beef supply (beef, raw milk, buttermilk, raw cream, raw cheese) is fresh and raw direct from Pennsylvania Amish farmer - pastured cattle only, can't imagine a practical source of higher quality dairy/beef than my farmer's. Also use wild Alaskan caught salmon. Fruits/veggies are primary source of sustenance, limited protein intake. "Supplement" with BSM, ACV, kelp, and raw honey. Walk 4-6 miles daily and lift two or three per week (short dynamic workouts). I've never felt better inside and out, feel fantastic all the time, just can't figure out the gut issue
Have taken ACV with meals regularly for quite some time. Have also gone through trial periods without it to see if there is any noticeable difference one way or the other but there has not been. Maybe I could work on tweaking the ACV dosage and see what happens?

It's funny you mention the calcium hydroxide because that is the one highly touted ingredient by ML that I actually use none of.
No ML drink while on fast. But the pregnant belly after two pears post-fast is what finally caused me to post to curezone.
Answer: As one may now figure out, you have only been using some of the ideas from my Protocol, which seem to have Benefited you none the Less !
And the present problem seems to have come mainly after being on a Fast and breaking the Fast by eating two pears?
Have I missed something?
You do seem to indicate that this is an on-going problem for you?
Does this mean that you are doing regular Fasts, and have this problem after comming off them?
You also mention using ACV on a regular basis, but how regular and what kind and Quality of ACV?
You mention that the fruits you are eating may be Fairly good quality, but that the Vegetables do not be so good Quality?
You say fruits and Veggies are you main foods, thus this is going to mean that you are eating some "Poor" quality Veggies !
AS I have said from the beginning, it sounds like you are getting too much Funny Proteins(NPN) in your Diet?
There is another question, do you eat any meats or fruits with a meat meal?
Because any fruits eaten with meat may Cause Digestion problems, if eaten too close together??
And just because you are getting food and milk from an amish farmer does not say very much for it being any Better Quality or not !
Take your Refractometer, which I believe you said you have one and test the feed the farmer is feeding his cows with and then you may start to learn if the meat and milk may be any better or not?
Let me know what Brix readings the feed(Hay & Pasture) tests?
As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !
And most folks want to first believe that what they are eating is the Best they can find, but it is not always so !
Provide me with answers to my questions and we may be able to finish figuring the problem out?
