Have taken ACV with meals regularly for quite some time. Have also gone through trial periods without it to see if there is any noticeable difference one way or the other but there has not been. Maybe I could work on tweaking the ACV dosage and see what happens?
Moreless, what would you recommend as a potential maximum ACV intake in trying to help solve my bloating problem? I certainly don't want to overdue it, but possibly I need to up the amounts?
