I typically do a couple coffee enemas a week, and take LBB the rest of the week. And in the past few weeks Ive made it even healthier by completely fasting from any processed foods, dairy, and absolutely no Sugar (except in fruit). However, as Ive changed my diet to healthier, My abdamon is REALLY pissed off!! For the first time EVER in the past 5 years of doing enemas, this one released maybe 25 percent of what I actually took in. And I dont feel well now. A couple things Ive added to my diet are buckwheat cereal (hot), more beans and veggies than usual. Other than that, I cant see what is going on with me.
