What I meant by dualistic thinking was setting myself up as "better"
than another, thereby creating division instead of unity.

This is a fantasy world that I have created because I have not really lived,
merely existed.

I give Sara sisters dream as an example.
As a result of this dream she may see herself as better than others.
In a sense it is true. She has mastered certain things (what i don't know)
to have attained this ability. If she has been involved in yoga, with it's breathing
techniques and ability to calm the mind, or mediation, or some other
discipline, she is where she is because she worked to get there.

Others like me, merely think or fantasize without putting any physical
effort into it. This is the vehicle I need to lose.

Got to get to work, so more comments later.
