Knee inflammation

For over 10 years (I am 30), my left knee has swollen up every now and then (with no seeming pattern). I have HAD to have many injections and one major keyhole operation (the effects of this were susposed to last approx 7 years or life, but lasted about 5 months!)
Sometimes I have been untroubled for years at a time.
I have tried sooo many cures including practicall all alt therapies, some help a little, some dont.
Have also looked into all possible causes, including food intolerance (I still suspect this), overworking the joint and/or emotional cause.
I am currently, after a long clear period, suffering a nasty flare up. It has started about the same time as starting mms (please note that I really do think mms is helping me GENERALLY and am excited about it).
Do people think Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will help the knee, or could be causing the symtoms?
My arthiritis in this knee is classed as zero negative rheumatoid, which basically means they have no idea what is causing it.
Please help, the lack of movement (inhibiting my life) and stiffness is awful! Tweet
