My colon was very thick and full; my stomach and abdomen had been distended. I was having a bowel movement maybe once every 3 days over a period of 3 years.... The first couple of sessions seemed to move faeces from my lower colon. I could not even feel the water traveling very far in. Subsequent sessions moved more and more faeces and I could also feel the water travelling in much farther, obviously because it had clear passage to do so without obstruction. By the 10 session I was feeling pretty "flat" across the stomach and abdomen area. My therapist had also been teaching me how to feel for poop, and how to massage to move it through. By the 12 I was very confident that I had moved a great deal, if not almost all of the build up I had. I lost alot of weight in poo alone. Best thing probably I've ever done!
Since then, I have been very regular, having 1-2 movements a day.
