Is 1 colonic enought or do I need 3?

I'm scheduled for a colonic this weekend, and I also just ordered a colema board for maintanence after my first colonic. I always get hemmorhoids because of my severe constipation for years and I rarely deficate on my own. I've been told and have read online that it would take at least 3-consecutive colonics to efficiently clean my colon. Is this true? Can i just do one and follow up with my colema board once i get it? Will this equal up to 3 colonics?
