I was just a POV on the ceiling she was definitely me, where I had been standing!

She was there to impart something (It is the reason they come) I did not ask, and as I said my startle reflx shot me back into the physical again

It was a dream in so much as it is all a dram, ie Maya, an illusion - this plane is an illusion of our own creating

As are the astral and a few others up the chakra ladder

Just because you have not had this expereince, does not mean you can not be aware of it

Also the angle of the mirrror is significant in other alchemic symbolism
