I bet there are no dreams but alt realities

and our consciousness can pull us to the astral and other planes through the dream consciousness

Lapis used to do that with me, one plane was yellow- probably for the will or will power the solar plexus chakra.

He had much experience and could use other chakras, I would not advise using the solar plexus not the will power

The best times I've had leaving this plane are through the crowm chakra, and this awake and not in a dream

Mostly through breath work, but some spontaeous like the above incidents

The future past and Now are all being lived on planes that are now.
