When you're desperate you have to try different things. Here are four things that cost nothing. You have to pay attention to your body and see what happens.
1. Take a half teaspoon of ordinary bicarbonate of soda at bedtime with a small amount of water.
2. Or take 1/8 tsp Sea Salt (must not be pure white) at bed time. Go to bed with some of it on your tongue. Pay attention to how well you sleep, how rested you are on awakening and how many times you have to get up to urinate. To bed at 10 you will probably sleep until 3:30 or 4.
3.Do either of these two things on a near empty stomach.
4. Stop all milk products and caffeine(includes chocolate) and over-the-counter medications.
Acupuncture is a placebo cure that often helps.
