desperate for help

About 9 months ago I developed several abdominal pain and other gastrointestinal problems. Doctors ruled it ibs after a ton of test. At the same time I developed pain in my penis only on the left side. It often feels like a burning, pinching or stabbing pain. Also off and on I get burning pressure pain in my lower abdomen also on the left and my bladder seems to hurt a lot especially when getting full. This pain on the left side of my penis and lower left abdomen has been going on forever. I saw two uroligist one said it was nothing the other treated me with a month of cipro which got rid of the pain for like one week and then came back. the doctor says there is no enlargment or infection but i still have this pain constantly. I have tried modifying my diet and everything but nothing helps. I am only in my early 20's. I don't know what to do next being that the doctors are of no help. Also I had an mri which should a herniated disc slightly pressing on the thecal sac but the doctors act like that couldnt be the cause being that i have no back pain. I do have a funny feeling in my back tho. also on the left side. any ideas? Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate. I am even thinking of trying acupuncture for help. anyone tried this?
