I live in thailand where there must be the highest concentration of pharmacies on the planet. in the city every 100 meters is a pharmacy-which i cannot even buy epsom salt-or some other very basic stuff

lose weight pills, skin whitenting pills, there are pills for everything-i counted the bottles of crap on my wifes dresser--25 bottles of creams lotions potions -most of it garbage--evrereyone is looking for a magic cure pill-- Acne is a big problem here--they have all these expensive ,fancy packaged Acne curing schemes--what a joke

there are complete shops dedicated to skin treatments and skin clinics everywhere
they are ignoring what has become obvious to me--cleaning starts from the inside-food diet, exercise --i have cleared up my skin by changing my diet

fast food has taken off here-big time--KFC everywhere, a new chain has just started up--Fudge and creamery or something like that--sweets are king--they put Sugar in everything--

on the slightly more positive side there are tons of new "spas" around designed to bring some positve health into the lives of people--massage is big here

i went to the doctor here a few months ago- i am having unusually amounts of slimy saliva-doctor told me it was normal--dont worry about it--what a joke
