Re: wheatgrass and blood pressure - and cinnamon

Hi
I have wacthed so many videos and read a lot of books and variuios web sites on herbs and paid a lot of attention to the nutritional amalysis.

The 2 main things that Cinnamon hasid calcium and cromium. Cslcium as is needed most of the time when you eat/drink. Cromium helps to maintian Sugar levels.
How to use it? there are so many ways. it can be grounded up and used as natural sweetener in drinks, or replace Sugar content of any cokkie/cake mix - along with vanilla.
YOu can take a peice and bit it and suck the juice if you are out and not near any other food /drink place. the outside might be too tough. dont need to swallow it - it is tree bark so nothing much will happen, just be extra fiber.

You can make tinture of it. mine is gone a bit syrupy at the moment but does seem to alter the taste just a bit more sugary.you can add it to drinks drop by drop till you find level you like.

Have not found any contraindications on it and not experienced any either for 4 yrs now.

you can make tea but will taste better with nutmeg and cloves, and with some apple/or other juice added the tast moment.
hope this helps
Tiggs
