took my first shot of wheatgrass since the hot flashes...they havent been so bad this week..ive been taking vitamin e as well as doing the things in the previous post...my knees have begun to aches some days especially going up steep steps..and slightly in my shoulder (although that could have been sped up by heavy shoulder bags which ive gone to the roll backpacks). im determined tigger to sort this thing out not only the hot flashes but also the knee situation..i too think of a quality older age as i have always been independent and want to stay that way for as long as i can. ive been hearing about cinnimon what is it indicated for? Ill have to check out what is in shulzes formula and doc christophers formula...im assuming youve seen their vids on google? chockful of info...
