Hey, I'm on #2 month of quitting caffeine (every morning, for decades - one big huge venti whatever) I did some green tea for a bit, and then slowly started weaning off of that. As of 2 weeks ago, I even cut that out!! It's pretty good! Today, at breakfast, I had my first cup of coffee in 2 months. It tasted fantastic, and I really enjoyed it. But I only had one cup, like a big old treat. I swear it's not really that hard after awhile, and I don't miss it anymore.
In the morning, I drink this concoction of green powder, goji juice and Emerg-C. It's peps me up just as much as coffee did, I swear! but I know, I know...the taste....
