The Enlightened Being that functions as a Spiritual Teacher baptizes with Spirit and in fire. If they cant do that they are not Functional Enlightened Beings who take on devotees. It is said a person can be Enlightened but not function as a Teacher. Such people may have an extraordinary presence felt by others.

Having experienced this baptism by spirit I can say it is real and profound but whether it is anything more than a another experience only the dead can say.

Enlightenment is not a state of unconsciousness or being brain dead, but of oneness or nonduality. It is God consciousness or egoless being.

Non spiritual people can not perceive any of this. One must be spiritually converted or born again to understand this. That is why it is a complete mystery to 99 percent of the population. To be born again one must die to a part of ones ego and very few people want to do that.


Matthew 3:11-12

John the Baptist said:

11 I indeed baptize you in water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you in the Holy Spirit and in fire:

12 whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his threshing-floor; and he will gather his wheat into the garner, but the chaff he will burn up with unquenchable fire.
