I quess I can except that loose definition, but it defies the definition that eugenics is to decrease the population of the darwinian concept of the fittest! It sounds like the intelligent and well informed are just making wise decisions! Hardly a eugenics program!
But I agree that the population explosion is a false concept! Americans have zero population growth or birth to death ratio, with the exception of illegal immigration! Tweet
