Today, I polished part of the basement linoleum...

It occurred to me this morning, after I had felt like age 32, that we do things we have been planning to do, when we feel like it...when there is no 'obstacle' to doing it.

Since I had felt so young and strong, and since there was an opportunity to nap after 'computering', I picked up a few things to take upstairs, and decided to finish the load in the washing machine.

I did that, and, looking around, I noticed some simple things to shift (in the transition of stuff to its proper places, since we moved last July). I stacked some of it on the stairs, the top of the dryer, etc., and cleared the floor area where I wanted to begin waxing the floor.

I did.

Now, half the waxing is done, the laundry is done, and I am eyeing up moving some shelving units as the next step in the doe-se-doe of getting this area into some semblance of order.

I just didn't feel the urgent need of a nap, nor did I feel the aches and pains and fatigue I have been feeling for months. There was no 'obstacle' to doing what I have long wanted to do.

Think I'll 'relax' ('slump') into some more interesting things tonight, as I go to sleep. Never know what I'll accomplish tomorrow.

F.

The library called today...there's a book on Leptin Resistance to pick up. :D
