"The more torture the better" refers to how silly this is as a topic. If torture keeps you from nuclear holocaust, you have my blessing to torture. Capitalists want to live. I want our enemies to devulge information that will protect the greater good. This is a non-issue and what Canada thinks about anything is a joke.
