yes it IS a slippery slope. I have never been a big supplementer until this last year...and, apparently, I'm doing it right! :)
I like bone broth...
and collard greens...
and almonds...
for my calcium. I have not been exposed to fluoride for going on 15 years now, so I don't think that fluoride is a big issue with me, but, if it were, would I supplement calcium? You bet!
One of my questions on this is that if calcium can aid in the excretion of fluoride due to the fact that calcium binds with fluoride, if one is supplementing calcium AND being exposed to fluoride, would the calcium be binding to the fluoride and depositing here & there, including soft tissues?
I think YES.
