I've been practicing trigger point therapy off and on for 15 years.
Doesn't seem to work.
The biggest change that I've experienced regarding the slowing/improvement of
my arthritis - particularly in my hands, is a high protein diet. Was put
on that by my clinic after being diagnosed Type II two years ago. Have not
felt better since being on the diet - when I stick to it. 15 carbohydrates
or less per meal and I often go much less - per the Dr. Bernstein Diabetic diet
of 4 carbos per meal. I'm convinced that grains and grain products are
behind a lot of my arthritis. Am trying to follow a pre-agriculture source
of food.
