Re: what do you mean

"Maybe the baths boosted you circulation. Cool!"

Definitely - "Cool" is exactly right :P

Here are some comments by mh about Sitzing:

The method to cool the internal organs and get the lymph glands (mucus) flowing in the right directions is the sitz bath done correctly. It cost nothing to do and save a life when nothing else can and normally in 15 minutes or less. The book on this method is over 400 pages and what I call advanced learning in Nature and several other books must be read first and self applied and experienced first!

Liver Flushing will get the liquid deposits out and the only real cure I know is the proper sitz-bath. Something I don't teach until you have done the orange juice fasting properly several times.

Take a 45 minute sweat bath, drain the water. Take a hand held shower and while your laying down in the tub with your feet on the shower wall in front of you, apply cold water to your belly button and allow the water to run down your Butt and to the drain. 55 degree water for 15 minutes is one session. In bad cases 3 sessions are done per day. This will cure all known diseases and cure the entire nervous system. To know why you'll have to read my study books and it is a long path to get to this advanced book with the zero cost cure for all.

And here is the Sitzing page from his old site. This is the protocol that I follow.
