I have been eating healthy for the past year now. It has already been a year since this odor began. When I say eating healthy, I mean that I do not eat junk, I eat fresh foods and I eat sensible meals through out the day. I drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and I eat the right amount of fiber each day as well. I have been having sufficient bowel movements. I go 1 to 2 times a day, almost the normal rate for any human being. I am currently taking lexapro, an antidepressant, and I also take my daily multivitamin and I will take a gel capsule of chlorophyll every morning to help fight the odor. I have been running a lot since the Summer and I was in the best shape of my life until I was not able to run comfortably due to the cold weather.
When I said that "they think I'm crazy" I meant that my parents and my therapist thought that I had other problems that made me believe that I smelled. This is obviously untrue because I have been frequently getting smell comments from the people around me as of last year. I am in high school so smelling good is a big factor in a good social life. Whenever people are around they always say that it smells like "ass" or "poo." The people that say that do not know that I directly smell like poo because the people who know that I smell like poo try not to mention it once they noticed who it was coming from. It is very humiliating to know that you smell like feces and everyone can smell it on you.
