I use coconut oil as a margarine substitute, but i do have butter sometimes too.
I've been thinking about giving up dairy again, as i have sinus and cattaral problems.
I've tried before, but drinking tea, coffee without my skimmed milk and using other milks just doesn't taste the same. I've tried Rice milk and oat milk and various others, don't touch soya milk. I don't think i've tried almond though, do you make it yourself by soaking almonds or buy it. What is it like in oatmeal porridge?
