keep the cadence of the protocol and adjust it to fit your schedule. mostly, quit making excuses and figure out how to make it work for you. you wont regret it. its worth any effort you put into it times ten. it teaches you a lot about your body. the best thing it teaches is that you can control your body without doing harm to it.

probably the worst thing that can happen is a rare simulated gallbladder attack which hurts like hell and can scare people. thats why i say play with the Epsom Salts and the timing and work your way up to doing the flush first. once you have put in the effort to learn it and do it, you will have so much more confidence in yourself and your ability to deal with your own health. its one of the best things i have ever done for myself. i have done 7 flushes as well. i couldnt believe how much stress left me on the first one. i, too, had panic attacks and agoraphobia. i have no fear now.
