blood sugar
I have blood
Sugar issues too, and they actually have gotten a lot better throughout the process of all the cleanses I have done! I still have the occasional crash, but I used to have terrible crash "episodes" almost daily, sometimes to the point where I would faint or keel over in nausea. This rarely happens now, even if due to unexpected circumstances I have to skip a meal.
I used to have the same thoughts about liver flushing, because I worked at a restaurant and would have random days off, etc. You dont really need two days off, you need one. You can time the flush however you like, for example if you work late, you can start later and just stay up later, etc. You dont have to stay to the timing of the instructions exactly. A lot of times I prepped all day for the flush, then just flushed when I got home from work on the day BEFORE my day off. I carried apples and other fat free snacks to work with me to snack on during my break and drank juice to keep my blood
Sugar up throughout the day (it was a little rough, I got hungry and cranky and had some crashes but it was worth it).
IMO, just speaking as someone who has done this with blood
Sugar issues, I think the benefits of the flush far outweigh the harm of your blood sugar getting off for a day or so. You can always go back on whatever special diet you are on after the flush. If you dont want to drink a lot of juice, thats ok too. You can always skip the apple juice and apples and take some sort of malic acid or other stone breaker supplement for a couple weeks before, and then just bring low sugar fat free snacks of some sort for that day.
Ive had some miserable days fasting before the flush, but its SOOO worth it. ONe day in particular, when I decided to juice only fast, I thought I might die, my blood sugar crashed SOOOO hard like 5 minutes after every time I drank the juice and while I was taking my epsoms, etc. I just laid there sick all night, but honestly, that was one of my best flushes, actually wait, no, it WAS my best flush, that was the flush I passed the one
inch rock from my liver. I could actually feel the bile (not to mention energetic) flow pouring through where that rock was after it came out. My liver has worked better ever since.
It was so worth it. Im not saying you have to flush if you dont want, just saying dont let excuses and minor inconveniences stop you. I let it stop me for too long and I wish i had gotten started in this program sooner. Good luck whatever you choose! <3
