no, don't include money. in your case, the periodontal ligament has already turned into a pocket of bacteria. the area needs to be cleaned out with a burr, then cleaned again with a curette, then flushed with an aneseptic solution, then stitched. the slit is made into tissue, if there were bone there, you would not have a cavitation. the burr and curette removes any dead jawbone and the curette is also used to scrape away 1mm of jawbone to stimulate bone to grow.
