Re: Torrie: Response from doctor about cavitation protocol
Is there any way for you to give me a simple, but importantly detailed step-by-step procedure for the cavitation surgery? Also, like what to look for, etc? Where the tools come in, what they do, etc? Also, if the anesthetic is to be non-epinephrine and non-vasco-constrictor, what anesthetic should they use, or what will work? Where does the peridontal ligament come in in the surgery, etc? I think if I give them a more detailed procedure, and if I ask for theirs, we can compare and see what is best for me and get to the bottom of it. The thing is, they really do seem like they're trying to do what's best, and I think they'll be open to the dr's procedure, especially if it is similiar to theirs.
I also had another question. What does the dr do for anesthetics during the surgery so that it doesn't hurt when he's cutting/scraping/drilling? Like, IV sedation, laughing gas, injections, etc?
